Uncomfortable!!!
This couch is pleasing to the eye, that is all I have good to say about it. It was important to me to have a pull out, but with how utterly uncomfortable this couch is I would recommend to anyone else willing to spend 4500 on a couch to look elsewhere. We’ve had it since November (now almost June) and I’ve been telling myself and my husband that it will soften with time, and it has NOT! I would be so much happier if I had gotten a couch that is comfortable for everyday use, (considering we only use the pull out about 5 times a year) and use a blow up mattress for guests. Not worth the daily annoyance of sitting on this hard couch. People, go sit on a couch before you buy it! Learn from my mistake!

This process can take a bit of time, is up to how long/often individuals use their sofa daily and is also dependent upon sofa/cushion care. We're happy to provide tips and tricks -- to ensure your sofa cushions soften, we recommend using each cushion regularly and evenly. Flip, turn and fluff any cushions that can be removed and be sure to rotate them as well! Again, kindly note, this takes time and is dependent upon the regularity/time of use. We realize you have had your sofa since November so we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. It seems your sofa needs more time to reach its full comfort potential but that is normal as they are designed to last for years to come. For context, if the cushions are too soft at the time of delivery, they can wear in too quickly.
