It's nice and comfortable, but sitting in the chaise is more comfortable. Seems like when I do the bottom of chaise pops up. I did send a note stating that I did not want the tufting where we sit, but that was not responded to or done. The color is gorgeous, it's soft. but I wish it was just a little firmer. I might have to buy something to get that done.

Love this sofa! So soft and comfortable.
I’ve had this sofa in peacock velvet for two years and I absolutely love it. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and durable. Even when my cat had a minor accident, the fabric and cushion held up beautifully through aggressive (but careful) cleaning and flushing with water. If ever there are spills or marks, they come up easily without trace. There is some slightly uneven wear on the chaise cushion, which I’m remedying by turning for a bit even though that shows the exposed zipper. Overall, getting such a high-quality piece of furniture custom made so quickly was a miracle. Delivery was perfect too.
I own this couch in bubblegum. It’s a beautiful color, and I get so many compliments on it. The fabric has also held up very well with one cat in the house. I’m not sure if I’d purchase again though. I haven’t even owned the couch for a full year yet, and the chaise cushion is no longer tufted. Maybe the tufting thread was too tight? The couch also creaks when you move like it’s about to fall apart. I expected more for the price point.
