I loved it, but it's showing it's age so quickly

We got this sofa almost two years ago and we loved it. Absolutely loved it. I even left a really nice review about how much I loved it. In the last several months, the back springs have started creaking and the seat cushions are starting to flatten. I'm very disappointed. I tried calling Apt2b during normal business hours and the call went straight to a recording that said they couldn't be reached, no vm.

Please reach out to support@apt2b.com if you'd like assistance. In terms of the cushions, that is a normal part of the cushion break-in process! A top tip to ensure your cushions break-in evenly is to regular turn, flip, and fluff any cushions that can be rotated. superb craftsmanship

What a beautiful sofa. Solidly built and comfortable, with clean, simple lines. The slate color is gorgeous against the pecan base and legs, and the button-tufted back cushioning is perfection. Could not be more pleased. I smile every time I walk past it.

Delivery went off without a hitch, and I'm now awaiting the matching ottoman I decided to purchase after being so knocked out by the sofa. There are definitely more Apt2B purchases in my future -- top notch experience every step of the way, from ordering swatches to the delivery of this ridiculously handsome sofa.
