I was super unsure about buying online (especially without testing the comfort and returns not being inexpensive), however, Iâm so glad we took the chance.
My husband and I wanted solid wood construction, a certain seat depth and height, firmer and higher density foam cushions, and had the ability to fit down our stairs and basement door yet not be modular or tiny. And, just as importantly, the ability to remove the cushions if we need to clean the covers or replace the cushion inserts. This was not an easy find in standard stores for the price point we had budgeted.
They make it easy to determine if will fit your space, doors, staircases/headings, etc. We ended up avoiding modular as the seat depth and height, as well as kind of cushion support wasnât quite what we wanted and Apt2B, was the only place that offered a solid frame couch that met our size and seat requirements without being a love seat.
I prefer a firmer seat and this delivers without being too hard. And, when the time comes, because it is removable, you can replace the cushions yourself (we actually did this ourselves following how to websites for another set in our main living room, saving us $$$ and feeling like a brand new furniture) as the solid wood and steel framing was still in excellent condition. And, I have a feeling, if you need other adjustments, because they are custom, they would work with you.
The fabric is great (definitely recommend ordering swatches) and I am beyond pleased. Give them aâĤ
