Poor quality cushions
We've had the couch for 2 weeks. Within the first week the seat cushion started sagging where we sit, and now it's just a slumping low spot. The back cushions are very disformed and the whole couch is very uncomfortable to sit on. We asked for an exchange or a return and they said they can't because it's not in like new condition. The only reason we want to return it is because within 2 weeks of owning it, the couch has become a disfigured eyesore. Low quality, poor service.

"One problem, which is totally my fault, the fabric is not holding up to our household. We have two dogs, two cats, and little kids frequently coming and going. I was hopeful that the performance fabric would be magical and hold up, but the light fabric is no match for all the hair, feet, and food."

Please note, while our fabrics are pet and stain friendly, they are not pet and stain proof. We note on our site (and are always happy to answer any questions!), that velvets are the types of fabrics that are generally best for situations like this. Regarding the quality of the cushions, we do apologize for your concern but we're happy to provide context on that! To maintain shape, please rotate and fluff any cushions that can be moved. This should help maintain them properly and ensure they wear in well over time. We apologize we cannot accept a return but considering the email and photos we received confirming the condition of the item, we appreciate and are hopeful of your understanding.
