Best biz in the Biz!

First and foremost, this company is OUTSTANDING!

Their cs is amazing and they do, as stated, stand behind the product but also the customer, the whole way.

The sectional is sheer heaven. Swore we would never get another, but years later, it just made sense. Researched and obsessed for 8 mos! In the end, Apt2B(love the name) had the product, the comfort, the color and material, pet friendly, the size, the environmental consciousness, American made, the pricing and not least of all, THE SHORTEST WAIT TIME OF ANYONE ELSE! Simply put, THEY ROCK! Ps…Good luck getting a seat when ur couch is so cozy and the pets rule!😁🙄🤣

BEST COUCH, HANDS DOWN.

The sofa was delivered early and I loved that. It came in mint condition. My boyfriend and I ARE IN LOVE WITH THIS SOFA! It is the most comfortable couch we have ever purchased. Not only did I get to customize it to be an L SHAPE, but it was very simple to do online. Yes, It was a risk not being able to try it out in person, but boy- we hit the lottery with this one. I have no complaints at all. From the sofa to the customer service. Btw, the material is just a beautiful as we had hoped and is very easy to clean so far. Buckwheat is definitely beautiful and extremely soft! Glad we ordered the test sample to try it out!!! Kudos to Apt 2b, we adore ya!

Lush, comfy, and quality

I got this as part of a large custom sectional set, and even with supply chain issues it came faster than most other places were offering! We fit it into a very specific corner, and the measurements came out exactly what we were looking for. The seams are high quality, everything looks showroom quality, and it is SO SOFT. Just moved in, this was the key piece to get the design started, so it's great to start on a high note.
