I bought this sofa and got it on the date promised, and it's beautiful. Unfortunately, within a month of receiving it a button popped off, with nobody picking at it.
I asked to get the tufted cushions replaced with untufted, and I was told I would have to pay for them, 1/4 of the total cost of the sofa. I chose to have someone come and sew the button back on. They found another loose button and fixed it, and told me in their opinion it would be a continuing problem due to the quality of the material used to attach them.
I contacted apt2b again and told them what they had said, and that I wanted untufted cushions. Once again, they told me they couldn't do it unless I paid.
Also, the cushions constantly move and have to be repositioned; more than once a day.
The sofa is beautiful, but due to the company's policies about this very expensive sofa, and the issues I've mentioned, I wouldn't recommend it.
Now let's see if they post my review...

We realize this is disappointing and we apologize. Per policy, Apt2B does not warranty fabric so we cannot replace the cushions at no cost. However, Apt2B does warranty button tufting so we can easily send a technician to inspect and reinstall your buttons with thicker thread. I can see that we have emailed you and are awaiting your reply. We'd love to send a technician out right away and make this right within our policy! Standing by for your reply! Thank you!
