It is great news to hear that the sectional was simple to assemble, but we are sorry to hear of the discomfort and concerns with color and depth. We'd like to know more, so if you have not already, please send images of the swatch on top of the sofa so that our team can review. While there can be slight dye lot variances which rarely occur, the hue should still be within a very minimal range of difference. We are always happy to help with any abnormalities or issues, just let us know! The same applies in terms of seat cushion dimensions. they are hand finished which causes for a very small degree of variance in terms of measurements, but dimensions should, of course, not be a few inches off in terms of what listed. Since your sectional is new, it may take a bit of love (use) over time for the cushioning to decrease in firmness by up to 15%, as this is standard for our upholstery. Your order will arrive at it firmest, but over time, customers have found that it does settle and become a bit more cozy. :)
All in all, as we are a solution oriented company, if any issues are brought o our attention, we will be more than happy to dive in and do the necessary to make things right. We greatly value all of our customers feedback, both positive and the not so great, so we will look into the situation regarding any previous reviews, as we do not purposefully remove specific feedback. The automated system can/will block or filter specific reviews depending on many things such as possible profanity, suspicious activity such as duplicate reviews, etc. but we cannot say for sure what may have occurred and will have the appropriate team take a look! We are, of course, not saying your review contained any prohibited information, but these are just a few examples of what may not be visible due to system clearances.
