I want to love this - but too many issues (owned for 7 months)
I want to love this sectional. I want to love it so much. I loved it at first, and still love the color and size. But too many issues with it to honestly recommend....
We bought this in June 2020 (from Costco), and it was delivered on July 2. On July 18, a sudden 2 inch tear appeared on the top seam of one of the back cushions. This was after only about 2 weeks of regular couch use. We contacted customer service and they were very quick to respond, and did send us a replacement cushion free of charge. So that was fine, and we were willing to chalk that up to "this can happen with anything". Not a huge deal-breaker and we were loving the couch so far besides that.
But.... a few things over time have become increasingly frustrating about this sectional. First, it is SO light. Which is great if you want to move furniture around all the time, not so great if you want furniture to stay still when you sit on it. When we sit on it, it shifts. If we slightly bump into it while walking past, it shifts. We've tried everything - thick rug and rug pad underneath, nonslip bumpers to add to the bottom of the legs, and nothing really works. It's just so light and honestly shakes a little when we sit on it. If two people sit on the sectional at the same time, the sofa part easily scoots back, and there is no longer a 90 degree angle between the sofa and the chaise part. This has been under managerial review for a bit as the team worked to try and locate an order history for this piece based on your email address, etc. After 7 business days, it was kicked back to us on the customer care side to try and address.
The Logan has been our number one style for quite a few years and we haven't really heard this level of dissatisfaction and frustration with the product. Certainly, things happen, but it sounds like you have experienced a number very difficult issues. Please accept our warmest apologies!
