Comfortable but wrinkles
The couch is a great value, and really comfortable. The customer service has also been generally amazing, sending me photos of real couches in the wild to help me decide on the color. My only complaint is that it wrinkles extremely easily. I find myself constantly smoothing it out, and it looks pretty shabby when guests come over. I contacted Apt2b about it and they told me it would even out in time if I continued to flip the cushions. I have, but it’s gotten worse. I’m not sure if the material is too stretchy or if the cushion cover is too big, but I might not have bought this couch if I knew about this issue.
This is the silver color by the way if anyone’s curious.

It sounds like you may be experiencing is known as comfort wrinkles. Comfort wrinkles are normal with the cushion break-in process and may be mitigated by fluffing and rotating any cushions that can be moved! To further resolve, we're happy to let you know that your cushion insert is covered under warranty within the first year of ownership and may be replaced once if requested within 365 days of delivery. Great sofa
I've had this sofa for over a year and it has been great. Material is high quality. I also decided to switch my color after purchasing and support was really helpful allowing me to swap. Delivery was also smooth.

We love our Chaise sofa- it's perfect for family movie night, cozy and firm but not too firm.

Pretty , soft to the touch but firm to sit in .
I love it and glad I went with the bright green .. I have had heavy couches but they cost double . Very comfortable.
