Sending Back or Re-Selling
I just received my Catalina sectional and while the quality of the fabric, legs and cushions is good, this particular sectional is quite small/shallow and is not very comfortable. We had a great experience with ordering fabric swatches, the ordering process and even responses when we inquired about a return but this is just a cautionary tale about buying something online that you haven't seen/tried in person. We are going to end up losing about 1/3 of the value of our purchase and had I sat on the couch initially I never would have bought it. It does look nice, though!

In terms of the cushions, happy to provide context and support on that! Our cushions are made from high density foam cushioning and will be a medium firm seat. Your sofa is brand new so it may need more time to break the sofa cushions in. It is expected that with all of our cushions, the firmness will decrease by up to 15-20%. A top tip to ensure they soften easily is to use your sofa regularly and to also regularly turn/flip your cushions that can be moved to break them in evenly. The discomfort you may be feeling may be because your sofa simply needs a bit more time to "break in" to realize its full comfort potential. We also appreciate the feedback regarding fees.
