I love the couch and the process of ordering swatches, getting updates on the manufacturing and delivery timing, and the delivery itself went smoothly. I researched a lot before ordering since buying furniture online seems to be a nightmare so often, but this was a great experience and seems to be a high-quality piece of furniture. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone!
This is the first sleeper-sofa I’ve ever had. So let’s start there. I had a 2 seat & 2 back cushion (4 total) sofa prior to this and I knew I wanted a 3 cushion (6 total) sofa next. I was right, the 3 seat cushions work really well. Right, the sleeper. So with my wonderful 6 cushion sofa I need to pull all those off & find a place for them so I can unfold the bed. That might be a challenge in smaller rooms. Once unfolded, there is a big gap between the head of the mattress and the back of the sofa. You can put the seat cushions in there to fill the space, but that might soil them being exposed to rods, hinges and such. Your call. The memory foam mattress is the best choice. It’s not my regular bed, but it does well as a temporary bed. I’m 6’4” tall & found it a challenge to fit totally head to toe on the mattress. Just sayin’. So maybe not the best bed for adults or over a week of sleepovers LOL.
On to the main act – the sofa! Like I said, I’m tall. Long legs, long back. The seat cushions are long front to back. If you have your back against the back cushion, you may have trouble with the bend of your knees & your feet touching the floor. Long seat cushions (to accommodate the folding mattress I guess). Rear cushions are a bit short for me, but I’m tall remember. The cushions themselves are firm, and I like that. Forget the throw-pillows they provide. Get comfy decorative ones for yourself. The sofa works well for 3 people with good posture (parties). Also works great for 2…

I bought this sofa for my office/guest room, and I am so impressed with it. I spent two nights sleeping on the standard mattress that came with the sofa, and found it far more comfortable than I expected for a sleeper sofa. I had originally planned to add a mattress topper to it when guests visit, but after sleeping on it, I don't think it necessary. Furthermore, the mechanism for the pull out mattress functions well and easily.
The sofa is also very comfortable, and the material strikes me as being very good quality. I loved the variety of available colors, and I'm very happy with the color of the sofa.
No surprise, it is heavy and was challenging to get up our stairs. Although, my partner and I were able to get it up our stairs without injury. We needed to take our office door off the hinges to fit it into the room, but overall the process of getting it where we wanted it was somewhat smoother than expected.
The whole product makes me think of a past in which products were generally made with noticeably greater attention to quality and durability. I have already recommended Apt 2B to friends, and I would definitely shop here again.
Couch is very comfortable, color and texture just like the free swatches. Great customer service while placing the order & when providing feedback on a delivery issue. Only complaint about the couch is the pull out mattress doesn't seem to fully unroll properly yet, hoping that will improve with use. Happy overall with the purchase and experience. Would definitely order from apt2b again, have already recommended it to friends!

This sofa is perfect in size, color (Ash) & comfort! Bought it from “clearance” section online so reduced price was also perfect. After a lot of searching, guessed this to be best choice for a full-sized sleeper. Memory foam mattress is incredible-I couldn’t even feel the middle bar underneath. I’d say definitely upgrade to memory foam. Was a bit concerned that full size mattress would be way too small for more than one guest , but now seeing it, & laying down on it, think it really isn’t. Pulled bed out last night to test sleeping comfort before writing this review & fell asleep for 30 minutes while assessing comfort level! I guess that answers the sleeper-comfort quality. Basically I’d order again from this co in a second because: fabric swatches received quickly, ordering process a breeze, communication with customer service quick & efficient, delivery from west coast to (me on ) east coast was timely, delivery company was spot-on, (white glove). Can’t say enough good things about this purchase experience; from start to finish it was flawless.
