Very Pleased!!!

I needed a smaller scale (apartment size), yet comfortable sectional for a client with pets. The swatches arrived promptly, the selection was perfect to mask animal fur. The delivery arrived earlier than expected with professional service. The upholstered item is very sturdy and comfortable. As a designer it always feels risky to order from a new manufacturer, as the quality of the item reflects on your judgement. I am delighted the purchased worked out, and will order again in the future. Bonus - made in the USA!

It’s okay

In terms of size for an apartment, it’s perfect! But I didn’t like how the pillows lose shape, and we had Ba issue with delivery people coming earlier than was scheduled. But it’s also not a good couch if you have kids. We had a velvet couch before and this stains so easily.

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us! We want to take a moment to address your concerns because both elements you mentioned can absolutely be remedied! With regards to cushions keeping their shape, regular flipping and reversing of cushions is highly advisable so they continue to break in evenly. On some models, like the Catalina, you can even shift seat and back cushions around to different locations as most of the cushions are interchangeable. This helps with the even break-in process.

As far as the fabric, our velvet fabrics are actually some of the most cleanable and durable fabrics (not just in the velvet category) out there! They are "performance velvets" meaning they are highly spot cleanable with water or virtually any upholstery cleaning product. They are also Oeko-tex certified for durability so we recommend them for homes with kids and pets all the time! Beautiful quality sectional

This was the only sectional I can find that fit perfect in one corner. And I'm so happy with the decision. I went with microfiber fabric bc I have a cat. She's not able to scratch it and her fur comes off easily. Reversible washable and flippable cushions is HUGE. So comfortable but also supportive.
