Excellent purchase
Having bought furniture online before and having mixed results, we were a bit reluctant to invest in this sleeper sofa sight unseen. But due in large part to great reviews, we went for it, and we're glad we did. We are super happy with our sofa. It's very sturdy and seems extremely well made. Not only super comfortable, and it's also a great size for our little place. We had a regular, small loveseat before that was nice, but felt tiny. With this slightly larger piece, two medium-sized adults and two small kids can all sit on it together, and it takes up hardly any more room. We got the kind with the spring mattress instead of foam and have been happy with it. I wouldn't want to sleep on it all the time, but it's quite comfortable for a temporary bed.

Best Investment Ever
I didn’t know it was possible to create emotional ties with a sofa, but this is where I am with my sofa. I love her. She is butter soft, the perfect size, wonderfully constructed, and tied the entire room together.
The delivery delay was problematic but had more to do with work shortages than with the sofa itself and is normal given the environment. She is perfectly comfortable. My mom will come to just sit on the sofa. Every time I walk in Olivia is there looking blushing and cozy. The bed is amazing too and easy to pull out. There is a big drop off between the mattress and the back but the pillows provide an easy fix. Either way, she’s perfect and I’m crying with how happy I am with her.

Office/Guest Room Sofa
I am in love with my Olivia Sleeper Sofa! It's exactly what I wanted for my small office that can now double as a guest room. I decided to get the memory foam because some of our guests are older. It's very comfortable. The pillows are firm, but comfortable. The sofa itself is very sturdy and I love that it was made-to-order. I've been wanting a velvet sofa for a while and I would have been happy to settle for a cheap sofa. I'm so glad I splurged a bit! The fabric is so soft, yet durable. I wasn't going to allow my dog on the sofa, but the description said pet-friendly. It'll be put to the test.
