Beautiful!!

This is my second couch purchase from Apt2b and I’ll definitely be making a third. The couch was delivered perfectly, of course it took a little longer to ship because of Covid delays. The color is beautiful, the couch is soft and I loved the matching pillows that came with it. Pulling the mattress out and and in is a little difficult as the metal frame was tough to maneuver. I got the memory foam mattress, it was typical quality, a little thin, but to be expect to fit in the couch I guess. I wish the mattress had a better security other than the straps but it will suffice. Overall I’m happy with my purchase and will definitely continue shopping here.

Pull Out Couch

The most stylish pull-out couch I've ever seen! Beautiful and gets ton's of compliments. Overall I am very happy with it and I love the soft material. However, I splurged on the "upgraded" mattress and expected it to be a little comfier than it is.

Appreciating Customer Service

Sadly, when my Marco Queen sleeper sofa arrived at my house, it was too tall to make it down the stairs to the room it was designated for. I was so disappointed after having waited several weeks for it to arrive. The good news was Sophia from Apt. 2B who was my customer service rep. When I spoke to her about the situation, she was consoling and willing to take the sofa back (it was still fully packed). She arranged to forgive me the costs of return shipping, re-stocking and was willing to return the expense of the sofa to my credit card. This is stellar service and I am grateful to Apt. 2B for being as understanding and generous as Sophia demonstrated. I am looking at other options for replacing the sofa. For those considering this sofa, especially the queen size mattress, make sure you have adequate height if going up or down stairs for delivery. Although I had consulted with Apt. 2B about the constraints prior to purchase, we thought by removing the legs, it would work. Alas...

Great but disappointing at the same time

The sleeper sofa we got seems very nice, the fabric is gorgeous and feels lovely but the packaging for shipping was insufficient. It arrived with a damaged corner, tears in bottom, popped staples, and the plastic wrap was torn exposing the upholstery to the elements. We asked the base not be attached so it would fit through a doorway and the initial base was damaged in shipping so we had to wait for a replacement to come later only to find it too was damaged upon arrival.

In the end we had to wait more than a month beyond our confirmed delivery date and still have a sofa that is damaged in multiple areas.

The quality of the workmanship seems great but the packing isn’t enough to protect all that hard work, such a shame.
