Love the Mulholland sofa bed and both the product and customer service exceeded all expectations, especially for someone who would ‘never’ buy furniture online. Moral here is never say never! Eli answered endless questions and was fabulous handling our increasing stress level. Eli looked at photos, video and reviewed dimensions with his supervisor. It looked like the lounge section would not fit through small hallway that leads into the den so Eli suggested cutting off 7” of the 87” lounge. End result was a success and I don't miss those 7” at all! Love the cloud velvet material and color and these pictures don't do it justice. Only feature to seriously consider is that the sofa queen is not a standard queen length. Totally fine for one tall person to sleep diagonal to stretch out but two tall people should spoon 😉
After looking at a lot of pictures and going through a lot of fabric swatches, I chose a Mulholland Drive sleeper. It looks fantastic in my living room - big, but not overwhelming. I love the softness of the microfiber. The couch is quite firm, although I think it will get even more comfortable with time.
This is my single favorite furniture purchase, ever.
Probably the sturdiest and comfiest sofa I have owned. It is well built and comfortable without being overly firm. Love that it can convert into a sleeper for guests. Biloxi blue is also a beautiful color.
I can’t say enough how incredible this couch is. I was apprehensive having never bought an investment piece online without testing it out in person, but #covid. This couch arrived and my husband and I were immediately blown away. Comfortable and plush, the velvet is SO SOFT and feels like your being hugged by marshmallows. The color is beautiful. Frame is super sturdy and the sleeper mattress is firm and comfortable. We sprung for memory foam at the suggestion of the customer support staff (who were awesome and helped us make a last minute fabric color change hassle free), which was worth the money if you have guests fairly frequently.
I could go on and on, but in short this couch is worth every penny and is a piece I know we’ll keep for years. Thank you!
