Good couch, awful delivery
The couch is basically what we hoped for, but the delivery process was the worst experience I've had with a company in a long time. I had to spend four days at home waiting for the couch, and on two of those I only found out that they weren't coming when I called them. The other two times they came outside of the window they had arranged (despite a barrage of texts and phone calls confirming it on each occasion). On the first of these occasions they damaged my house trying to squeeze the sofa through a gap it clearly wouldn't fit through, and I'll probably have to file a lawsuit to get compensation for this.
So before ordering, I'd check whether Metropolitan Warehouse is the delivery company, and if it is stay well away.
