In fact, it's so rare that the team flagged me on this chain. I have been the owner of a few Walton Sofas myself and have enjoyed them with my family in my own home for a number of years. We have loved these sofas and they've held up extremely well. I wanted to share my personal account to hopefully instill a little bit of hope that things will turn around if we're given another chance to correct the issues that are occurring.
