The sofa has arrived but we have yet to install it in the rooms. Delivery was great - received calls in advance and driver/delivery men were very friendly.
Quality was better than expected. Upholstery is firm and tight. Pillows add needed height and support to back. Grandchild loved sleeping on the sofa bed. Larger guests expected soon. White glove delivery was great.
I’ve had the Harper chaise sleeper in peacock velvet for about a year and a half and I absolutely love it. I do keep it covered with a couple bedsheets because I have several dogs, and the velvet seems to show everything. It is incredibly comfortable, and the sleeper bed is pretty comfortable also - I’ve slept on it at least a dozen nights. The cushions are pretty heavy which makes them hard to rearrange (the chaise slowly slips down over time), but I imagine that’s related to the high quality and superior comfort level of the cushions. I really love that the Harper keeps my dogs toys from going under the couch. I will say it is extremely difficult to connect the two sections even with two or three people. That would be the one area for improvement I would recommend. Otherwise I absolutely love it!
I recently bought this gorgeous sofa for our new beach house. I cannot count the number of compliments we have received from our guests for its style, color and comfort! Everyone who has slept on it—myself included—found the memory foam mattress provided all the support needed for restful sleep. I am very impressed by quality of this sofa, as well as Apt2B’s customer service and white glove delivery. I plan to order another Apt2B g sofa soon!
Like many reviewers, I was reluctant to purchase a major piece of furniture, sight unseen, on line. However, not only is the reverse chaise sofa lovely to look at, it’s comfy, and the perfect size for a small condo. I love being able to switch the chaise piece of the couch….though, be aware that the moveable stool piece, that supports the chaise cushion, does not fit tightly against the couch.
I also want to compliment the customer service of Apt.2b. Starting with the prompt delivery of my fabric samples to the quick reply of the chat box option, and the friendly, knowledgeable reps that answer the phone. Additionally, I very much appreciated supporting a product made in the USA…..and….while I have to wait for nearly eight months for the other furniture to complete the room, my sofa was delivered in 6 weeks.
