We love our new sofa!
Doing a living room refresh and probably looked at 500 leather sofas before deciding on the Ezra in nutmeg which seemed to be the perfect balance between cost and quality, form and function. The leather is gorgeous. The quality is fairly good (there is a piece on the back of the sofa that is a little buckled and makes a popping noise when pressed on but it’s against a wall so this isn’t a daily issue… I had though about floating the couch which wouldn’t be an option with this issue). The couch is super comfortable. It’s the perfect depth for my tall man (6’2”) and I (5’10”). I was a little worried the back would be too short… but it’s a deep loungey couch so this isn’t at all an issue. I love that the bottom is attached… so I don’t have cushions all over the place (my kids still like to make forts with couch cushions). And the back cushions seem like they will keep their shape. The couch is comfy… it’s not sink in, but it’s not firm either. Medium to medium soft is how I’d describe it. Comfy but sturdy. The leather is gorgeous. There was a pretty significant scratch/welt on the front when it arrived that I was able to get cleaned up/tightened with leather conditioner. I would have been annoyed if that hadn’t worked. There was also some gunk on a back cushion that I needed leather conditioner to remove. Overall I am extremely happy with the couch and would order again.
