As you can imagine, this is not a typical experience at Apt2B and we're very surprised to hear that damages occurred on the replacement part as well- that is even more rare to hear. Your feedback regarding our packaging is helpful and important as we're always looking for ways to improve and customer communication about issues like these certainly helps! That being said, we do rely on our shipping partners to handle the merchandise in a way that keeps the items safe regardless of packaging so it's disappointing to hear that the standard of service wasn't fully met.
