Solid sofa with 'wow' fabric
I had great customer service from Apt2B before I'd even placed my sofa order. I'd ordered fabric swatches and asked a million questions about the performance velvet as well as the frame construction and delivery specifications. Elias quickly responded via email throughout the day, and with the benefit of nearly four years of hindsight, his answers and advice have held up.
In 2021, I ordered a queen-sized Logan Drive sleeper sofa in flamingo velvet with an innerspring mattress. I did a *lot* of research on sofas in the $1000-5000 range and learned so much about frame construction, and I felt pretty confident that I was ordering the right thing.
I have no regrets! As of 2025, the sofa has held up very well with basic routine care like vacuuming it with an attachment, spot cleaning with rubbing alcohol and rotating the cushions. The seat cushion foam is really comfortable, even with the sleeper mechanism beneath them. The back cushions aren't as dense as the seat cushions, but they're not meant to be; they're great for leaning back and watching a movie, and they don't bunch up or move like some sofa backs do. Recently, I've been taking daily naps on the sofa and have slept great.
The sleeper is pretty easy to pull out, and though I wouldn't sleep on it every night, it's comfortable enough to not be embarrassed when guests stay for a few days. You can still pop on a topper if you want, but I haven't found it necessary.
Caution: the arms are hard and have no padding. For me,…
