The sofa arrived in perfect condition and looks great in the room. The green fabric looks elegant, luxurious an inviting. We haven't tried out the bed yet but looking forward to gets using it soon.

after the long ordeal of getting it, i’m in love with this couch. however, i’d be hesitant to order from this company again.
i ordered the couch in evergreen velvet. it arrived bright pink. the moving company they contracted with instructed me to refuse the item, notating why on the form. so that’s what i did. customer service was at best very condescending while dealing with the situation, and in my least charitable estimation, just plain rude. over something that was not my fault!
then they kindly gave me “free” white glove shipping. it was not free since i had paid for it. i responded stating that, and got a reply saying what they meant was i still would receive it. well, i would hope so since i paid for it.
all in all, i love the couch. but it was a huge headache to deal with, and i feel like customer support could stand a little more training.

As delivery was not completed, neither was the White Glove service that you paid for. Our team noted that White Glove was ordered with your new sofa and that it was free (no cost/no additional charge). To expand, the payment from your first order was transferred to your second order so nothing else was needed. Love this sofa bed so much. Great quality, nice and deep, super comfy. Would highly recommend!
Having bought furniture online before and having mixed results, we were a bit reluctant to invest in this sleeper sofa sight unseen. But due in large part to great reviews, we went for it, and we're glad we did. We are super happy with our sofa. It's very sturdy and seems extremely well made. Not only super comfortable, and it's also a great size for our little place. We had a regular, small loveseat before that was nice, but felt tiny. With this slightly larger piece, two medium-sized adults and two small kids can all sit on it together, and it takes up hardly any more room. We got the kind with the spring mattress instead of foam and have been happy with it. I wouldn't want to sleep on it all the time, but it's quite comfortable for a temporary bed.
I've always wanted a green velvet sofa and now I have it. It is beautiful, comfortable, and practical too. Now I have an extra bed in addition that sofa I always wanted.
