Still waiting 8 months later
My experience has not been a good one. I ordered the couch on 01/31/21. There have been numerous issues, but the biggest follows. When the couch finally arrived on 05/01/21, a leg could not be screwed in due to a missing threaded receiving part within the couch. The defective half the couch was immediately taken away for repair. Nearly 4 months later, the defective half of the couch was returned to us on 08/24/21, however, no repair had been made--the defective half was in the same state it had been in when initially taken away. Its now 09/16/21, 8 months after the initial order and we still don't have a usable couch. On top of the tedious back and forth with apt2b to correct the issue, I've had to buy a second couch from West Elm so we'd have something to sit on. I see that others have had great success with apt2b, but per my experience, I cannot recommend their service.
