Tuxedo 2pc Sectional Sofa

I have been wanting a hot pink couch for years. My dreams came true once my daughter took our loft sofa to her college house. Most people thought I was crazy for choosing hot pink but I love it! The tuxedo style fits the space perfectly. I love that the pillows are detachable…a must with dogs. I also love that the chaise seat cushion is one piece. The sofa is solid and firm but comfy. I chose the Bubble Gum Performance Woven fabric due to be the shade I was looking for. I do wish that this same color would have been available in the velvet as I feel that fabric would have elevated the comfiness of the sofa. The performance woven fabric feels a little stiff and rough on the skin; my hope and guess is that over time it will soften and relax.

The naysayers who questioned a pink couch have been won over after seeing the couch in place. One of my pups has quickly become a fan as well! I included a picture from Apt2B’s Instagram page to show color accuracy that I can’t get on my phone.

I’m now on the quest for the perfect patterned ottoman and artwork!

It’s been a little over a year since my delivery. There are two people in my household. We haven’t sat on the sectional each day, but rather occasionally. This sectional was actually a replacement/exchange of my initial order which was an identical. The first was exchanged out due to a defect. The replacement is not as comfortable as the original item. The replacement has a sinking spot on one area of the sectional and a few of the back pillows are overstuffed and uncomfortable. I’m assuming the sinking area may be a defect. At the time of my purchase the Snowfall fabric was available and that’s what I chose. It shouldn’t have been named “Snowfall”. It should have been named Vanilla Ice Cream because that’s the true color of the fabric. I can’t stand the color! It’s so yellow! The Snowfall color was described as being a warm white but it gives off a light yellowish tone. The tone doesn’t really show up in the website’s online photos. I would prefer something more light grey/beige. I don’t even like the texture of the fabric either. I’ve deducted 2 stars due to the options of fabrics available. It would be nice to see some nice neutral linen. Something soft besides microfiber and velvet. I’m considering having my sectional reupholstered. I shouldn’t have to do that considering all the money I’ve spent. Apt2b has nice furniture, good customer service, but lacks in fabrics options.

We purchase the tuxedo in evergreen velvet fabric because interior define never made our order and kept us waiting for 2 years. Apt2b was kind enough to throw in an additional discount and white glove delivery, we are absolutely loving our couch and it was so nice to have a seamless purchase and delivery process after the nightmare with ID.

Love love my tuxedo 2-piece white performance velvet sectional! Have always wanted white. Originally ordered a different color in the velvet (“safer color”) as I have a 60lb dog, who is treated like a human princess, and would never think to lay on the floor… But I changed my mind and went for it, the white! So glad I did! I haven’t had any major spots to clean, just a couple drops of coffee (my bad), however it wiped off beautifully! I was so excited lol. It’s very comfortable, and the size is nice and roomy. Apt2B customer service has been fantastic, and the white glove delivery was terrific. Order took longer, was delayed, but understandable given the circumstances (holidays, weather delays, etc.). I’m still in the process of changing out old decor, and I do have white-white waffle blankets on seating area at the moment. You can see the white velvet has a very slight cream hue, a soft white, which is exactly what I wanted.
