Thanks for your valuable feedback- we're so sorry to hear about this! It definitely doesn't feel great to have a newer piece that isn't in tip top shape and has some imperfections. We would love to be able to troubleshoot these issues with you! Button tufting can be tricky sometimes, especially since it's all done by hand. The great news is that this is all covered under our factory warranty!
