It looks good, but...

I've had my couch a little over 6 months. Love the kelly green velvet fabric but there were some issues with damage during the delivery that were resolved to my satisfaction (I was given $500 off the price, no questions asked. Much appreciated.) However, the couch is now making a creaking noise, not all the time, but enough that I have to question how long this couch will last and was it really worth $3000? 4 stars because of the great customer service, but 3 stars for the quality because I suspect this couch won't last nearly as long as my previous one, which was half the price.

Decent sofa overall

Due to supply chain issues, we weren’t ultimately able to get the fabric we had originally selected. However, the customer service folks were really helpful throughout the whole process. Overall I was glad to support a company that makes its products in the US. There were a couple of odd things about the sofa- like a staple sticking straight out of an armrest and a pillow starting to unravel in one place after a few weeks. And the sofa would be perfect if the seat was just a couple inches deeper. All in all, though, good quality.

Avalon 2pc Sectional Sofa

Fit the space perfectly! Arrived quickly and was very well wrapped. I asked for 2 delivery persons to bring it up 2 flights of stairs into condo and they did an excellent job.
