Great service, pretty good quality
Overall I was really happy with the buying experience. I've been burned by West Elm too many times so decided to try Apt2B and they delivered the right product and exactly when they said they would. And it's made in the USA so that's a plus. The only negative I can say is that the performance velvet isn't quite as durable as the West Elm performance fabric. We have cats and they have not yet penetrated the fabric but their scratches have left marks (this doesn't happen on our West Elm sofa). But overall it's a nice sofa and I would buy from Apt2B again!

Beautiful & High Quality
We love our new sleeper sofa! It is perfect for our home office that can now be used as an extra space for guests. The sofa is very high quality and the fabric is beautiful. Only complaint is that it came with the legs attached, and it did not fit through our door frames. The delivery men and my husband had to partially disassemble it to get it through the doorway. It would be better if they wait to assemble the legs until they arrive at the home and see how it fits.

Good looking and well made
The sofa is very sturdy and very heavy. It is much more firm than the matching 3 piece monroe sofa we have. The sofa seating is not cozy but the bed it's self is very comfortable.

Pefect!
We are completely happy with our sofa and fabric choice. The sofa is extremely solidly built, very rigid and feels like it will last many many years. The cushions are firm, with moderate depth so you can expect an upright / structured seat (just what we wanted).
The Baltic woven fabric really does add to the vintage look of the sofa and fits right into our work-in-progress Mid-Centry Modern aesthetic.
Though I haven't personally slept on the mattress, it does seem to be firm enough to not be lumpy and reasonably soft. We will consider a pillowtop topper if necessary.
