We love this firm, cozy, smooth and stylish couch. Thanks for the steady communication as we awaited the delivery of our new friend.
Due to supply chain issues, we weren’t ultimately able to get the fabric we had originally selected. However, the customer service folks were really helpful throughout the whole process. Overall I was glad to support a company that makes its products in the US. There were a couple of odd things about the sofa- like a staple sticking straight out of an armrest and a pillow starting to unravel in one place after a few weeks. And the sofa would be perfect if the seat was just a couple inches deeper. All in all, though, good quality.
Fit the space perfectly! Arrived quickly and was very well wrapped. I asked for 2 delivery persons to bring it up 2 flights of stairs into condo and they did an excellent job.
Very pleased with this purchase. The couch is very comfortable, looks great and it was delivered to my satisfaction.
My two pups shed like crazy! We bought this couch in the slate microfiber and removing there hair is a breeze! Super comfortable and looks amazing in the space as well!
