VERY very poor human factors

This an attractive chair but the armrests and back are not designed for comfort. This would be ok for very occasional use but it is not a functional desk chair. This is my first purchase from APT 2B and when read the fine print of the return policy I was very disappointed to see that it is a very cumbersome process and there appears to be a re-stocking fee, as well. We were planning on ordering 2 sofas from this seller but we're so disappointed we will have to look elsewhere.

As such, we do proudly offer a 100 day return or exchange policy, and for any items that ship via parcel carrier, there is actually no restocking fee. In addition, if you are unhappy or wish to choose a different style, we actually gladly waive any restocking fee on most items in the event of an exchange!
