I want to personally thank you all for your incredible support and patronage over the last few years during which we have seen both our lives and industry rattled by the pandemic. Due to the continuing uncertainty and instability in our world and marketplaces, we will be raising our prices on many key items over the next month. My guess is that like me, you’ve been seeing a number of these kinds of messages from retailers across industries as we all continue to deal with the added difficulties of rising fuel prices, economic volatility and a global military crisis that has the potential to be continually impactful to us all.
I’m very proud of the work our team has done to stave off widespread price increases in general; we’ve absorbed numerous increases from our suppliers and shipping providers in recent years. We’ve been as flexible as we can within our market approach and have done our best to “make it work”. However, the current factors facing us now in March and April 2022 clearly illustrate that, like so many other businesses, we must adapt. To continue providing the top value while staying true to our company’s commitment to quality, we must raise pricing roughly 5% to 15% between the various categories that we cover between now and the end of April.
We will proudly continue to provide the stellar customer support that we’ve been known for over the last eleven years. If you have any questions or concerns, our entire customer care team is here to support you and answer anything that may be on your mind. We encourage you to reach out at any time!
Rest assured, the moment we see an opportunity to lower our everyday prices again, we will seize that opportunity and will let everybody in our community know about it.
