This couch is a beautiful addition to our family room! With two kids under 3 and an ancient cat we've had a few spills that cleaned up nicely and I'm not worried about mucking it up anymore. We've also already had our first guests sleep on the full-size sleeper and the report back was that it was quite comfortable.
This is a finely crafted sturdy couch! Loved having the color option! Would definitely recommend and purchase again!
this couch looks beautiful in the room, but I was very disappointed with the quality on the couch base when it arrived. the stain was uneven and we had to get a replacement for one segment because one of the legs was barely attached with 6 of the 7 nails missing the mark.
The biggest issue that I see with this couch is actually the cushions/ tufting. The buttons are attached to each other through the cushions via a piece of cord. This cord does not have any elastic to it and so when you sit on the couch the buttons will actually pop up due to the compression of the cushion around them, leaving them to catch on pockets or really anything. We've only had this couch for 3 months and have already lost 2 buttons (really 4 because if you lose one then the button on the reverse side also falls out). It's very disappointing.

Thanks for your valuable feedback- we're so sorry to hear about this! It definitely doesn't feel great to have a newer piece that isn't in tip top shape and has some imperfections. We would love to be able to troubleshoot these issues with you! Button tufting can be tricky sometimes, especially since it's all done by hand. The great news is that this is all covered under our factory warranty!

I have never ordered anything like this without seeing and sitting on first. Took a chance and it paid off! The sofa is beautiful and obviously very well made. It was the perfect choice for my new lake house. While firmer than I am used to, it is very comfortable. Have not used the sofa bet yet but can tell getting the memory foam upgrade was a good choice.
Sectional was very easy to unpack and assemble. Quality of construction seems great, and the upholstery seems resilient, even with a cranky older cat and her claws. The deluxe mattress is comfortable, but you’ll steel feel the middle support beam if you lay down too hard or turn over with too little finesse. Only other minor complaint is that the wood detailing along the bottom edge of the couch is quite sharp and tends to grab you on the heel when you stand up. Overall, a relatively good couch.
