Worst customer service experience I've ever had
It has been 3 months and I still have not received this couch. The delivery coordination has been horrific, truly the worst customer experience I've had between Apt2B and the shipment company. I would never order another large piece of furniture from Apt2B again.

It looks like our team has been assisting with coordinating delivery as soon as possible with the delivery partner, so we look forward to things being worked out soon. While not common, transit related delays can occur, and when they do, our team is dedicated to doing all we can to get the ball rolling in the right direction.
