LOVE it

I legit looked at this couch for two years before I decided to take the chance and order it. I was very apprehensive buying something I’d never sat on but I read the hundreds of reviews and sought out independent reviews on other websites. The fabric samples were invaluable. I saw in another review that someone had customized the cushions to make two large bench seats. I emailed customer service and they were quick to respond, let me know the pricing, asked what I wanted to order and sent me an invoice to my email ready to go. I chose to go with the eclipse velvet fabric. Online estimate was 5-7 weeks to make it and potentially another 2 weeks to deliver. I’m in SC so I assumed it would take the whole two weeks since it was travelling across country. Was very shocked when I got a call EIGHT DAYS later telling me my couch had shipped and would be delivered in less than 2 weeks. Delivery team was on time, extremely polite, and all in my couch was delivered 21 days from when I placed my order. To say this is the best experience I’ve had ordering furniture online is an understatement.

Now the couch - it’s super comfortable. The velvet fabric is amazing. Guests literally can’t stop rubbing it and saying how amazing it feels. I have two dogs and when they say this fabric is cleanable they truly mean it and my dogs have decided to test that theory. So far they’ve thrown up and bled on it - all wiped out with a damp wash cloth. I haven’t tested cleaning it with a cleaning solution…

Love this couch!

We purchase the tuxedo in evergreen velvet fabric because interior define never made our order and kept us waiting for 2 years. Apt2b was kind enough to throw in an additional discount and white glove delivery, we are absolutely loving our couch and it was so nice to have a seamless purchase and delivery process after the nightmare with ID.

Tuxedo 2 piece sectional white velvet/espresso leg finish

Love love my tuxedo 2-piece white performance velvet sectional! Have always wanted white. Originally ordered a different color in the velvet (“safer color”) as I have a 60lb dog, who is treated like a human princess, and would never think to lay on the floor… But I changed my mind and went for it, the white! So glad I did! I haven’t had any major spots to clean, just a couple drops of coffee (my bad), however it wiped off beautifully! I was so excited lol. It’s very comfortable, and the size is nice and roomy. Apt2B customer service has been fantastic, and the white glove delivery was terrific. Order took longer, was delayed, but understandable given the circumstances (holidays, weather delays, etc.). I’m still in the process of changing out old decor, and I do have white-white waffle blankets on seating area at the moment. You can see the white velvet has a very slight cream hue, a soft white, which is exactly what I wanted.

Perfect for my space! Quality not quite as expected.

I'm really enjoying the Tuxedo chaise. I am a bit concerned about how long this couch will last. The cushions are a bit thinner than I expected. The back pillows do not hold their shape and require a lot of fluffing, but I can't get them back to how they look originally. There is already a snag in one of the back pillows and the seems at the arm don't seem like they will hold up long. This seems like a harsh review, but it isn't. It's the perfect size and color...I love that I can get out of it and I don't have to roll out of it. I would purchase again, but would make a different material choice perhaps.

It sounds like you may be experiencing what is known as comfort wrinkles. Comfort wrinkles are normal with the cushion break-in process and can be mitigated by fluffing and rotating any cushions that can be moved. Great Choice!

Like everyone, I was super nervous to order a couch online. I did an absurd amount of research before landing on Apt 2b and the Tuxedo sectional. That being said, I’m very happy with my decision! It’s an absolutely stunning color (I recommend ordering swatches because this color - peacock - varies a lot depending on the lighting), delivery was a breeze and pretty fast, and it was easy to assemble on my own. The cushions are a little firmer than I’d like, but it’s still plenty comfortable and I suspect they’ll soften with time. Definitely a great experience altogether!!
