I purchased the Logan 2pc Sectional Sofa :: Leg Finish: Pecan / Configuration: LAF - Chaise on the Left × 1 in Charcoal fabric in 2020.

This is my three year review:

At the 3 year mark, the sofa is still in fantastic shape. At year two, the back cushions started to sag/flatten a bit, so for a while I would flip them occasionally to try to wear them out more evenly. At year 2.5 I got a $5 bag of polyfill, unzipped the back cushions, and stuffed them a bit. They plumped right up and look brand new again. If you had a big enough dryer, you could probably just tumble them for a bit with no heat to get them to fluff back up similarly.

The sofa is still structurally perfect, (we're a household of two 200+ lb adults and 2 cats). The seat cushions are still nice and boxy.

The charcoal fabric has been fantastic. There are zero holes. I have two cats and while they scratch everything else on earth, they are not interested in scratching this fabric at all. Once, one of the cats sprinted up and over the couch and snagged the fabric seat cushion with a claw, pulling a thread loop in the charcoal fabric. I unzipped the cushion cover , put my hand inside behind the snag, and was able to pull the fabric around till the snagged thread worked itself back in, taut, just like new.

Cat hair does not stick to this fabric. It is some magic that escapes me. I have to vacuum and lint roll cat hair off of everything else in my house except this couch.

The fabric hides dirt extremely well, too, maybe…

Everything is Excellent

The sectional is very, very comfortable and I love the Mondo Velvet fabric. The production time was shorter than I expected. I opted for the white glove delivery and the two men did an excellent job with the delivery and placement of my sectional.

Amazing sectional

Pros:

Overall it’s a good sofa and worth the money.

Cons:

Doesn’t have stoppers. On a wooden floor there are chances where the sofa slides.

Sofa doing down when sitting in the same spot.

Beautiful and comfortable, but not the most sturdy

I'm extremely pleased with the look of this couch. It's exactly the right size for my living room--not too big, and not too small, and the purple velvet gives it just the right regal touch to make it the centerpiece of the room. I was also pleased with how comfortable it was. Some of the reviews made me nervous that it would arrive firm and I would have to break it in, which was not the case. The cushions were very soft and cozy, and I love curling up in the corner with the chaise.

That said, there are also a few things that I was not expecting considering how much I paid. None of the cushions are attached, not even the back or side cushions. This causes them to constantly shift position, and I feel I'm always adjusting them to make sure they line up evenly. We haven't even had the couch a month yet, and the back cushions are already curling up in the shapes of our backs because there is nothing holding them in place. Plus, the seat cushion of the chaise is wrinkled and sunken in just from sitting on it for a few weeks. I only weigh 120 pounds, so I think it's the way it's made that's causing it to lose its shape.

Finally, Apt2B uses a third party shipping company that has an F rating with the BBB and hundreds of horror stories on Yelp. I was fortunate to only have my shipment delayed one time, and the excellent customer service at Apt2B upgraded my delivery and gave me a small discount when I contacted them about it, but I don't recommend ordering from here if you expect…

We are sorry that the detached cushioning is not ideal for your home. Generally, this is a well sought after feature for reasons of being able to rotate the cushions to ensure even use, as well as for easier cleaning when the need arises. While the majority of our made to order upholstery has detached cushioning by design, we do have tight back options, as well as customization options as well. Periodically fluffing the back and seat cushions should help with "comfort wrinkles" that naturally occur as the upholstery is broken in with use. We also proudly offer a lifetime warranty on workmanship, which includes the frame, so if you have any issues at all with the frame or stability we will be able to help!
