Minus a star for damage during first delivery
The delivery window was basically about a week out from estimate (5 rather than 4). The sofa arrived with about an inch of velvet sheared off on the arm, and two of the legs chipped. I took photos per Apt2B's recommendation and submitted a claim to them online, which was responded two in about a day. They offered $200 off (damage was worth more than that to me) or a new sofa. New sofa came in about 5 weeks as well, and the old one was collected at the time by the same shipper. Note: I had paid for white glove delivery, which I think is worthwhile to protect you in case you unwrap it and there's damage. The delivery people both times were very thorough, made sure I took photos and took their own as well. I also advise getting fabric samples beforehand.
Otherwise sofa is firm, fabric soft and elegant looking. No stray strings or wonky seams. Just seems the espresso legs are likely more prone to damage.
