Looks good for the first month . . .

Beautiful sofa (for the first month). After the first month honeymoon phase, the fabric begins to pill (Apt2B sent a fabric shaver - not an ideal solution) and the cushions lose their form and look deflated. Overall a terrible experience that has left us with a crummy looking sofa despite only light use. AVOID!

Thank you for your review and feedback! So sorry to hear you are unhappy with your Soto 2pc Sectional Sofa. Naturally, due to the fabric weave in more textured fabrics (such as your selection - Chicago Blue), fabrics will wear in over time and pilling will occur. However, pilling is completely normal! The complementary fabric shaver should assist in keeping your upholstery in tip-top shape while the fabric breaks in over time. Similarly, cushions wearing-in is a natural part of the sofa break-in process and is to be expected with use. To ensure all cushions wear in evenly and maintain their fluffed appearance, we always recommend that customers sit in different spots and fluff/rotate any cushions that can be moved. Best couch ever !!

Absolutely love my couch !!! Color, fabric is too notch and delivery was o my delayed by about a couple weeks. When I contacted customer service, they were prompt and updated me quickly.
