Attractive, lightweight, modern

Overall very pleased with this purchase. It's very sleek and seems nicely made, while also being fairly lightweight.

The fabric is really nice, seems durable, and the swatches made it easy to choose with confidence. So far my doggo has left no visible marks! Please enjoy photos of Stevie, our Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier. :)

A couple of cons:

The sofa sits abnormally high. I think it's from the bench itself, since the feet (7 inches) were the same height as those on my previous sofa that I replaced with this new one. My feet didn't touch the ground while sitting down, and I'm average height (5'6"). I found some shorter feet on ebay and swapped them in.

This is more personal preference, but it seems softer to me than billed -- specifically in the chaise portion. I'm not sure how mushy it's going to get over time. It's funny, because other comments said it was stiffer than they would like!

We are in love!

We just got our sectional in the navy velvet and it is stunning! From start to finish it was a breeze. I was nervous ordering furniture online without being able to see or feel, but they nailed it. The design process was simple, informative and fun! The put together process was easy and the final product is AH-MAZING! The cushions are comfy, the velvet is so sleek, and it is sturdy to boot. Such a well made to order product and I am so happy that I got to design exactly what I wanted for a fair price. Love it!

Almost perfect :)

There were some hiccups with scheduling the delivery but the sofa arrived in perfect shape and the delivery folks were on time. If it was a tiny bit shorter it would be better for us (5'6"ish) but overall it's super comfy and I love it's practicality and clean modern design.

In love with this sofa

I spent weeks looking online for the perfect velvet sectional, and I kept coming back to this one. It arrived within the timeframe that was given to me when I ordered it online, and customer service was so responsive and helpful when I emailed to ask questions. The sofa itself is gorgeous, comfortable, and the perfect size. I'd been worried it would be too big for my space, and I also had second thoughts about the evergreen color before it arrived, but I am completely happy with it. There is nothing that I dislike about it, and I would recommend it to anyone!
