Pink velvet loveseat

Great customer care
I bought a sofa sight unseen. Crazy, I know. I couldn't see reviews of the sofa online so I called customer service and she described the sofa and color I was interested in beautifully. I took a chance and ordered. It came exactly as she described. Everything I wanted. Unfortunately, one of the legs was cracked,so again I called customer care and immediately a replacment was ordered. They followed up by email until they were certain I got my replacement legs. Man, I love great customer care!

Translated beautifully into real life
I love my Saxon loveseat, but the main point I'd like to make is that all of the pictures, both Apt2B's, and the pictures in reviews, really helped me choose to purchase a custom couch sight unseen and that the real life counterpart of the digital image I ordered did not disappoint. It looked both exactly how I expected it to (in a great and reassuring way) and totally fantastic.
