Brand New Sofa Looked Used
I ordered this Samson Sofa Lounger in Stone microfiber on January 11, 2021 and received it five weeks later on February 17th, today is March 30th. I wanted to wait until this lounger had some time to settle before writing a review but I identified flaws as soon as the delivery crew unwrapped the plastic around it. At first glance there were a few imprints in the microfiber. I was hoping this was just from the packaging and would go away as it aired out but they look like scratches and six weeks later it looks like they're here to stay. On the edges the fabric arrived frayed, making this brand new piece of furniture appear used on day one.
The cushion of this lounger is also a little bit bigger than the base forcing it to stick out a little bit. At first it makes it look like the cushion isn't pushed all the way back but it's a flaw in measurement. There's also a sharp/hard fiber in a random spot on the cushion where every once in a while it feels like you're getting scratched by the plastic attachment that holds tags on new clothes.
Now that it has been six weeks there are other aspects of this lounger that I'm concerned with. I have been sitting in the middle of this lounger for two to three hours a day and where I sit the fabric appears to have stretched and the padding has compacted. While the cushion of this lounger is smooth on the sides, it's now wavy in the middle where I've been sitting when I watch TV. The few times I've tried sitting on the sides of this lounger…

Any items that are received in a condition that is not expected can surely be refused at the time of the delivery attempt. If a brand new order appears to be used, there is no obligation to accept, so we are sorry if you were unsure of that option.
