Have such mixed feelings about this sofa. On one hand it's absolutely stunning, everything about it is beautiful to look at, and in velvet it's just oh so soft to the touch. On the other, the seat cushions are extremely firm. You will NOT sink into this thing. The density of the foam feels like a bench more than a luxury sofa. They're actually so firm that the removable cushion covers are impossible to get on/off and when trying to zip one closed, the zipper completely busted off mine. Apt2b support was okay, they quickly sent me a new cover as a replacement but this didn't fix the density issue and i can still not get one of the cushions to zip closed. It's been about 2.5 months now and they haven't broken in, just have to get use to a firm seat I guess. If you like a firm supportive couch, go for it, if you want something you can sink into after a long day... possible look elsewhere.

Best Decision I've Made in 2022.

First, Apt2B offered free samples that arrived quickly. When I was able to see and feel the quality of the fabric I was hooked. They had the exact deep green velvet fabric I've try to find for a while now. It took me a while to figure out what size sofa and style would work in our room since the doorway is smaller than standard. I also wasn't sure I wanted to invest as much as the Olivia sofa cost. But, after getting fabric samples from multiple other online companies, reading reviews and comparing the other sofa structure/materials to the Olivia it was a done deal. Worth the investment. When the Olivia arrived it was PERFECT. Well made. Material was exactly like the sample. Love it.

First impression: good quality, well made

We ordered the apartment sized sleeper in Mondo Velvet. The delivery team was easy to work with. It came in two pieces, with the base detached, as we had ordered it, in case we had trouble getting it through the door. I think it actually would have fit through the doorway fine, and we have sort of narrow older doors. The seat cushions are slightly on the firm side, but comfortable. I think it will probably help them to hold their shape over time. The back cushions are a little bit softer, as the cat in the picture is so kindly demonstrating. The seats are deep. This is not a " sit up prim and proper and have a cup of tea with company " couch. It's a reading, naps, and movie couch. I really like that all four cushions are reversible, and have covers that zip off for cleaning. I had ordered a fabric sample of this in advance, and I'm not 100% convinced that this is the same fabric. It looks slightly lighter in color and like the velvet might not be quite as deep, but it's still very nice. The whole thing just looks like it was put together very well and that the design and parts were thought through carefully. It doesn't squeak or anything like that when you sit on it, which some of the cheaper ones in furniture stores that we sat on did. The pullout mattress is easy to use. We just got the regular mattress and it is good enough. If we were going to have guests very often I might get a little memory foam topper to put on it. Great couch and design

Perfect fit for our small room and the color and quality look great. The warehouse was delayed 2 weeks with estimating our delivery so it was a pain to reschedule but it's covid times so not totally out of the ordinary.

Beautiful!

So happy with my sofa! The mattress is comfortable enough, and the couch itself is super comfortable! It shipped after about 4 weeks, and I got it delivered about 6 weeks from the date I ordered it; with the current shipping times I feel that this is pretty good turnover for a custom sofa. The rust colored velvet is lovely and we are loving it!
