This was our first experience ordering a sofa online and it was great! The process was seamless and we were very happy with how the couch feels. We ordered the couch in velvet which has been amazing-so easy to clean cat hair off of! Overall, we couldn’t be happier!
I have never ordered a large purchase such as a sofa before, so was nervous making this big purchase. My fears were quickly diminished by the great customer service. Had a couple of issues on delivery and was able get right through to a "real" person to help me. They followed-up with my issue and solved the problem satisfactorily and very promptly. It's beautiful, sturdy & I love the reversible chase. This is the perfect combo of softness/firmness. I sleep on it often!
Solid, comfortable couch. Delivery process was smooth. Fabric is easy to spot clean; we have little kids who have already spilled on the couch, and cleaning it up was not big deal.
This was my first time ordering a sofa online but I really liked the ease of customizing and ordering. I had ordered fabric samples and that was very helpful in selecting. The shipping ran long and when I followed up they upgraded my delivery service in way of an apology. I really love the way you can switch the chaise portion of this sofa and the wide arms styling. My biggest complaint is that the fabric seems to collect pet fur and is hard to remove. No way to really see this with the small samples. The color is perfect though and I would likely order from Apt2B again. Thanks!

Thanks for your review and for sharing your thoughts! We appreciate the feedback. We're sorry to hear of your concern regarding your pet but happy to provide tips and tricks! In general, a great practice to maintain your sofa is to vacuum the fabric with a textile brush. We do advise against extreme or harsh brushing but gentle and regular vacuuming should help. Lint removers may do the trick as well!
