This is one gorgeous sofa! It is deep and comfortable and I am really impressed by the tough fabric (the cats have not destroyed it yet). I searched long and hard to find a sofa to fit my space and this os perfect.
It’s everything you’d want from a couch: it’s firm but comfortable, spacious, and the color is beautiful. They also shipped pretty quickly (6 weeks when I’ve heard horror stories from people who have ordered couches from other retailers about waiting 3-6 MONTHS) and the delivery team was very communicative. Overall amazing experience- highly recommend!
Overall we've been enjoying our new sofa. The performance velvet is incredibly soft and seems to repel stains. It does attract a bit of cat hair, but it's nothing a lint roller can't handle. My one disappointment is the way the chaise cushion sits. The seat portion of the chaise sits lower than the other cushions. It almost feels like most of the stuffing for that cushion ended up in the foot stool portion. I sometimes sit on the foot end to try to force some of the cushion stuffing into the seat. TBD if it works

Thanks for your feedback and so happy to hear you're enjoying your new sofa! Chaise cushions often can experience the issue you're referring to simply because they are being used/sat in most commonly towards the back, of course. Foam cushioning has a break-in process whereby the cushions will become a bit softer over time- as such, it's very important to break in one's cushions as evenly as possible. Your instincts were correct to sit on the foot, actually! Breaking in chaise cushions evenly is a bit of a chore but something that can really help ensure that the cushioning remains even for a very long time.
To speed up the process, we have recommended to customers in the past to place the cushion on a hard surface (clean floor, etc.) and remove one's shoes to stand/walk around/safely jump on the part of the cushion that needs a bit more breaking in. This can speed up the process a little bit but it can take a bit of time to even out. Hopefully that instills some hope for remedying this issue moving forward!
I love the look of my orange velvet sofa but I find it extremely firm. I dont know how people are saying it's so comfortable. I fell asleep on it once and when I woke up I was sooo stiff and sore and I'm not a complainer. Lile I said, its a beautiful sofa.bit not so comfy
I was extremely skeptical about purchasing such an important piece of furniture online, without ever sitting on it first. I scoured reviews, ordered swatches, debated back and forth before finally deciding to just go for it. And I'm so glad I did! It's just the right balance and soft and firm, great for piling up with the family to watch a movie or take a nap snuggled under a blanket.
The marigold velvet is such a warm pop of color in the house! We've gotten so many compliments from friends and family. The only issue is the reversible chaise tends to shift a bit. I regularly have to push the ottoman back flush with the rest of the sofa and adjust the long cushion so there are no gaps. But that's my only complaint, and considering the rest of what I love about it, I can deal with that minor issue.
