All damaged with dents & breaks
These are decent looking but we had them replaced twice (after they were sent to the wrong address) since 2/3 were dented/broken where they were unusable. I give 3/5 stars since Apt2B eventually refunded the money and let us keep them (we were able to use 2 out of the 6 total that we received) but the whole process took 2+ months and the process for refund wasn't smooth at all. Oh, and to top that off, the 2nd replacement (3rd set overall) that we didn't receive because it went to the wrong address went to our old home we moved out of in another state. Since we had the contact info of the people who bought it we told them about the error and that they could keep the planters - but guess what? Shockingly, all 3 were damaged so they just threw them out! Just to clarify, the boxes were in perfect condition each time, so this was not a shipping/delicate material issue. Whatever vendor was being used was the problem.
If you're somehow lucky enough to get all 3 in good shape then they're actually quite nice, but that probably isn't going to happen.
1/5 for product, 4/5 for customer service, 3/5 total.
Oh - and to maintain fair balance here, we bought a dresser, bed, and 2 end-table bedroom set along with a large bookshelf from Apt2B and they're some of the nicest furniture we've owned. However, they sent me a link to review this for some reason, so here we are. Great furniture though!

It looks like the team did ultimately get this resolved, although not the desired outcome. It is pretty rare to have an order arrive with damaged, especially multiple times, so we really cannot apologize enough. It is nice to hear that other purchases with us have gone well, and we hope this less than stellar occurrence does not keep you away if you should have additional home furnishing needs arise in the future.
