We received our sofa today and on day 1 the pullout mattress doesn't pull out. We're awaiting a reply from their claims department, but Apt2b's customer service has assured us that this isn't normal.

Beautiful Couch
This is a beautiful and well-made piece. I wish it was a bit deeper (like 4 inches of more leg room would have been perfect for lounging), but it is a sturdy sofa. I love the fabric and I believe it will hold up to our kids. Happy with this investment.

Great, but not perfect
We love this couch! It looks great, seems to be built well, fabric seems durable yet comfortable (seaside-tailored woven), and the size is a perfect fit in our small family room. Ordering, the free swatches, and delivery were all fantastic. We upgraded to the memory foam mattress. We recently had someone stay with us for a week, sleeping on it, and they honestly said it was comfortable. The slight downside for us is the seat depth. We will be using the couch for a lot of lounging, and we wish it were a little deeper. The 23-inch depth is comfortable, but it doesn’t feel like we want to curl up and watch a movie. Not Apt2b's fault, but it's something we would have figured out had we shopped for it in-person. Overall, we are very satisfied and have already ordered another piece from Apt2b. We highly recommend using Apt2b for your next furniture purchase.
