Poorly Made. Zero Stars
I purchased a Reseda Platform bed (this bed just a different name) in 2021. We loved it and left a good review, but last weekend a little over two years since we purchased this expensive bed frame it broke. My husband was putting his shoes on on the edge of the bed as he has done hundreds of times before and the bottom platform snapped, the nails went through the plank that the platform sits on the lower right side of the bed. All middle pegs were accounted for and in the proper position and it was not an egregious amount of weight. We asked for assistance in replacing the bottom platform that the bed sits on and were told it had a one year warranty that we were passed so they couldn't do anything. We certainly paid for what we thought was quality ,and clearly it is not if a $2,000 bed frame can only be expected to last for two years. Spend your money elsewhere we certainly will be from now on. Incredibly disappointed.
