Great Amelia Stand
I spent a long time looking for a media stand for my living room, partially because I have a hard time making decisions about stuff like this, partially because there been some not great experiences ordering expensive (to me) furniture from other folks, and partially because my tv is hung a couple inches too low on the wall, so it was harder to find a media console that wasn’t too tall, but WAS made of solid wood and not mdf, and wasn’t 6 months out to ship.
I’m very pleased with the look on the console, it seems to have a solid build. The drawer slides are smooth and I haven’t had any issues with the cabinet faces blocking the signal from my controller to my game console. There are two very nice drawers for storage inside the unit. If you have a PS4 or PS5 and are using a dongle for wireless headphones, you will have to unplug it to be able to close the sliding cabinet drawers, otherwise it’s going to snap off the dongle and break it.
One of the drawers has a little bit of an issue closing all the way sometimes, but I haven’t contacted customer service about it yet, and I probably should. It’s not enough of an issue to bring down my rating.
Customer service has been amazing and accommodating. They upgraded my delivery to white glove service when I was having second thought about the order and I very much appreciate that. (Second thought were because of issues on my end, not because of anything on Ap2b’s end)
