This was my first foray into the custom online furniture route, and couldn't be more pleased. The build quality of the piece is excellent, and seems like it was designed for small city apartments. I cannot say enough positive things about the white glove delivery service as well. They were timely, communicative, and careful, even in a 4th story walkup. Would definitely buy from Apt2b again
This is a very attractive sofa sleeper. I love it! My Avalon cushions seem overstuffed and I appreciate that aspect. The height of the seat is greater than expected at 22”, but I suspect it to decrease as time takes its toll. It has a very firm fill, another element that pleases me. Above all, I found the people of Apt2B to be extremely helpful and friendly.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I can only speak about my experience with this brand, but I am very impressed with both their product and customer support. I ordered the "Avalon Sofa Bed - Color: Cloud Velvet" and was blown away on the fabric used- very high quality which you can instantly tell its high grade upon touch. I would however recommend the "memory foam" mattress because the innerspring does not seem durable and layers are too thin probably for most people who are ~181 lbs. This was my first our purchase for sofa bed but I'll confidently say that much can be said about a company when something goes wrong despite the product. I received the wrong mattress, however customer service resolved the issues fast and was very responsive over the phone and over email throughout the transaction. I can tell their empowered to investigate and make the appropriate call to resolve any concerns. Again I highly recommend Apt2b based on my first experience and great support over the phone. A+ for quality & A++ for customer support (which is rare these days)
