Our custom upholstery pieces are handmade to order in the USA and generally take 30 days to produce. However, keep your eye out! Perfect size for my small room

Back cushions constantly fall forward when you get up. Wish they were attached. I drape a knitted throw at the center of the sofa. It helps keep the cushions from falling forward. Seat cushions aren't as comfortable as described. Seems the pictures show a more beefed up version of this sofa than what arrived at my door. A little disappointing. Fabric and color is great. Size is great.

Thank you for your review and feedback! We're happy to hear your sofa is the perfect size for your room, and that the fabric & color are great. We're also happy to provide context on the cushions! If you are having issues with the cushions falling (although that is unusual to hear), we do recommend fluffing and rotating them. That may help! That will also assist with the look/"beefiness" that you are referring to. Fluffing your cushions is standard cushion care and will help maintain the overall look and feel. In terms of comfort, while that is up to personal preference, please note, it is standard for foam cushions to be their firmest at the time of delivery! Firmness is expected to decrease over time and as the cushions are used. That is a normal part of the cushion break-in process. We recommend giving your sofa more time to break-in to realize its full comfort potential. Thank you!

Soto ecru

I ordered the Soto apartment size sofa in vintage chenille ecru color with the weathered oak legs. Ordered 12/11/22 received 2/9/23 so in line with 5 week time frame. Sofa is beautiful, firm but comfortable. Delivery was iffy, 2 hours past confirmed time and they wanted to deliver the next day but I would not be home so I accepted delivery at 10pm. Other issue with logistics is many text’s but you can’t text back you have to call or email. Want you to sign to accept delivery before unwrapped & inspected. Happy with the sofa, delivery process needs work.

Amazing quality, super comfy, received fast!

Current production time on this sofa is listed as 5-7 weeks so I was pleasantly surprised to get a call 12 days after ordering it that they were delivering it today, less than two weeks after I ordered! The couch is stunning and just as important- very very comfy! I stared at available pics trying to determine if it was a lounging sofa. It is very supportive (cushy) for sitting and plush and nappable when laying down (cat agrees). Could easily sit 3 across or two snuggled up. Perfect depth. I’m super pleased and impressed all around. Thanks Apt2b!
