Tuxedo 2pc Sleeper Sectional

I'd love to review my sofa which was ordered in early August and was supposed to arrive on September 25, 2020, but I just received a phone call from the delivery company informing me that my sofa is in North Carolina (I'm in Missouri) and the soonest it could be delivered is October 20, almost a month from now. I paid extra for white glove delivery and am now somewhat concerned considering my sofa went from California to North Carolina and will now sit in a warehouse for close to 30 days before it is scheduled to be delivered. It is unacceptable to pay a significant amount of money for a product, be given a delivery date, then have that date cancelled, with the next available date almost a month later.

Our new sofa is beautiful and delivered in a short timeframe thanks to the quick ship fabric option. I had a number of questions I posed to CS regarding shipping and all were answered with courtesy

I love our new navy velvet couch! It's so comfortable and just beautiful. Haven't had any sleepovers on it yet, but bed part was easy to pull out and push back.

Worry about spots as covering not washable and have not yet tried bed, but it seems fine for TV watching. Max and Charlie don’t love it since they are not allowed to sit on it, but the humans in the family find it comfortable. I do have to note that the delivery service Metropolitan was substandard— changed the date and time several times and then attempted first delivery in rain with a truck they said could not go up our driveway on NM. They sent the sofa back to Denver and delivered nearly two weeks later with a more cando team. We hired a shuttle truck to get the sofa up the driveway as they would not and the driveway is too long to hand carry such a heavy object.
